This product is designed for managing Launch (Passenger) Boat operations end-end. Trip booking, boat assignment, tracking the trip and Invoice generation are a part of workflow process.
Client can book a trip using a mobile App by providing necessary information like Vessel name, Pick-up time and passenger list. Thereafter, an operations staff can allot a boat (or system can be configured to allot a nearby boat from among your fleet).
Respective Boat Captain gets the notification of the trip assignment on his device. Captain can intimate about boat arrival at pick-up location to all the passengers by single click and then trip can be tracked by operation staff as well as by the Client. At the end of the trip, Invoice can be generated manually (or configured to generate automatically).
Various roles include Boat Owner, Client and their employees, Counter Staff, Operations head and Accounts in-charge. A one-time contract can be prepared for each Client and invoices will be made as per the contract.
This product provides unambiguous booking of trips by the Client, Tracking the trip for better coordination with the Vessel and quick Invoice generation.
